All is love, and yet all is law. Both love and law are
perfect, and we, as individuals, can experience only what we really believe and
act upon. – Ernest Holmes
There is one Infinite, a unit, which we represent as having
two major characteristics for purposes of understanding. There is Love the
creative urge and Law the receptive medium/force that brings into form what the
creative urge contemplates. One aspect contemplates itself as a thing.
Synchronously the other aspect forms the thoughts of contemplation into the
thing. Both are the One working within Itself upon Itself to express Itself.
This prosperity duo is important to us because we exist in
the image and likeness of the One including the creative urge to express and
the ability to express. We know both the infinite expression and our own as involving
time and experience yet, both the formed and unformed potential of the One
eternally exist awaiting our discovery.
Our lives are our beliefs lived and felt. Believe that only
a little is possible and that is all there is for us. Believe in limitless
possibility, open mentally and emotionally to receive it and watch as every
limitation dissipates, doors open, and walls come down. Kafkaesque, “The world
will freely offer itself to you to be unmasked, it has no choice, it will roll
in ecstasy at your feet.”
All we shall ever require is already ours for the asking. We
ask with the authority of managers or valued customers yet within the confines
of our own thoughts and words. As if requesting a part, a report, or a meal, we
speak out what we want specifically, do whatever we choose to as it makes its
way to us, and gratefully receive it when it comes as we always knew it would.
When we live with the understanding that we are about loving
Spirit as source and substance of our reality, never wavering in our trust, our
vision shifts its focus to discover before us, exactly as we conceived it, that
which we requested with our claim. What tickles me is the way things show up in
such natural but unlooked for ways. I occasionally feel as if my good has sneaked
up on me and tapped me on the shoulder with a cheerful, “here I am, did you
doubt me?’
Here is a bonus with knowing love and law. Loving what is
expands it in our mind, which expands it in our experience. Learning to
intuitively understand that the part of what is, which appears opposed to our
best interest is often the fastest way for us to achieve our best interest
turns difficulties into doorways and smooths our path before us. Our loving
attention to an idea moves the law to manifest that idea, good if we see it
good, bad if we see it otherwise. We always choose. We are always in control of
our own destiny and prosperity through the wise use of this prosperity duo.
The One acting as Love and Law express as the manifest
universe of which I am part. I contemplate the One, embracing Love as my
calling to create and law as my creative power, which responds to my thoughts
and words by becoming what I see and with grateful feeling appreciate as
already mine. The process occurs in the instant of my realization that it is
so. Now, I let it be for so it is.

“First you ask definitely for
direction, then it will enter your consciousness as a definite thought; then in
your turn you give it back the thought and it will give you back the thing. It
answers every question, solves every problem; it is the solution to every
difficulty.” Ernest Holmes
