Saturday Treatment - The Light I Seek Shines Within Me 

The Universe is pure Light of infinitely varied frequency. It shines within me as me now. Light is the essence of Life/Love/Intelligence, and I am that essence formed and expressed living unified as all Life and all life forms most focused as my personality, my spirit, mind, soul, body now. I fulfill my whole purpose in being and expressing this pure divine Light. 

My inner Light dispels all darkness, removes all dark thoughts, heals every appearance that contradicts Its perfection and Its presence in and as all existence. As my inner light uplifts me it uplifts everyone I meet, even think about. As I desire more life and more wonderful aliveness, the Light shows Itself to me in increasingly wonderful ways. I am healed, whole, complete, and perfect. My consciousness of this realization is a silent healer to all who are receptive to it. In this way I am a beneficial presence in the world. 

I release my treatment. Intelligence acts upon it and makes it reality. I gratefully participate in this Light filled reality. And so, it is.
