I believe that everything that exists is an expression of God, and that is why we are here. Saturday Treatment - I Live Rooted in Unity Joyfully Uplifted 

I contemplate the roots of my being as one Absolute existence which I think of as infinite Love/Intelligence, and which is the sustaining Source and Substance of all the variety and vastness of the Universe. I live within this One which lives as me, yet I know I am always free to choose my way of being in the world. I choose wisely as I call upon infinite Love/Intelligence to always reveal in me my highest and best self in every moment. 

I live my own life inseparable from the One. I find uplift and make joyful moments by means of Spirit's constant inspiration and guidance and from this uplift I feed the human spirit of all I encounter. Every smile delights me and brightens my own smile. I feel the influx of peace and happiness as if I were the target of infinite ripples of spiritual wellbeing flowing from all sentient life in the Universe and drawn from Spirit with conscious intent to live in the fullness of infinite Life. Made of Spirit, immersed in Spirit, I am forever perfectly fulfilled and supplied in all ways at all times. Now, I choose my way as a consciously beneficial presence in the world. I uplift everyone I meet with silent knowing that all are beneficial at our core which lights our way as we learn to see it. 

By this word I renew and transform my heart, my mind, and my soul in greater acknowledgement of Spirit's presence in, through, and as all existence which frees me to live and thrive in peace, assurance, gratitude, and love. I claim it. I praise it. I let it be. And so, it is.
