Saturday treatment - I Joyfully Expect Surprise and Delight

It is self-evident that faith is the movement of consciousness and perception, of expectance and interior awareness; hence it can be consciously generated. – Ernest Holmes Glossary New Thought Dictionary

Joy is the emotion excited by the expectancy of good. Gladness, delight, exultation. – Ernest Holmes Science of Mind (1926)

I Joyfully Expect Surprise and Delight

Each moment brings me to greater more joyful awareness of my inseparable union in the Oneness of Spirit which includes all the potential and actual Universe. That awareness fills me with expectation of new, surprising, and delightful realization of the power for good in the Universe that I may use to thrive in my life which uplifts me to greater freedom.

I revel in my freedom to vision my world and my life as wonderfully rich and fulfilling in all ways. Daily, I expect surprises and extra wealth and income from unexpected channels in normal natural ways. Daily, I discover increasing health and vitality as Spirit wakens me to better diet and lifestyle. Love flows to me, through me, and around me blessing all in my life for however long or short a time they are with me. Daily, I express myself and my unity in the One with poise and peaceful assurance of success in all I do.

As I now consciously declare my intention in complete trust and faith, my intention directs the power for good which creates and manifests the good I intend in continuous delightful, surprising flow. And so, it is.

“First you ask definitely for direction, then it will enter your consciousness as a definite thought; then in your turn you give it back the thought and it will give you back the thing. It answers every question, solves every problem; it is the solution to every difficulty. It is like the sunlight of eternal truth bursting through the clouds of obscurity and bathing the whole world in glory. It is the absolute that you are dealing with and nothing else.” - Ernest Holmes
