The finest qualities of our nature, like the bloom on
fruits, can be preserved only by the most delicate handling. Yet we do not
treat ourselves nor one another thus tenderly.
– Henry David Thoreau On Walden Pond
When you meet someone, anyone, and you feel a sense of
uneasiness or fear, there is something going on in you. Bless the other person
for helping you to find the fear and then treat yourself. "If we are to
become whole, it must be through the perception of wholeness."
– Ernest Holmes Seminar Lectures
I See Myself Safe and
Sound
I center myself in conscious unity of the One Life as all
life, which is my life now. I see my relationship with the infinite
Love/Intelligence as Its unique expression in realizing Its limitless potential
as me. My vision reveals me always perfect, safe, and sound.
Now, I feel warmth and love surrounding, enfolding, and
uplifting me with all power for good in my world available for my choosing. I
think of my needs and grandest desires for the fulfillment of my life journey
and select the highest and best of these as my evolving experience. The Divine
within acts in, through, and as me with exact timing and precision to produce
my ideals as my reality while inspiring me to higher awareness and even better
choices so I always know my right place, right surroundings, and right
direction in manifesting my vision.
In this unfolding process, every person and situation I
encounter enriches and enlightens me. I grow in self-knowledge, wisdom, and
enthusiasm for the joy of life and the joy of meeting each day with calm
confidence as I know clearly that I live safely and soundly in peace,
assurance, gratitude and love with grace and ease for that is the truth of my
word and life. And, so it is.

 “First you ask definitely for
direction, then it will enter your consciousness as a definite thought; then in
your turn you give it back the thought and it will give you back the thing. It
answers every question, solves every problem; it is the solution to every
difficulty.” Ernest Holmes
