The general acceptance of the term meditation is contemplation or continuous thought. We mean to convey something more – the recognition of the Father within, the certainty of our Oneness with the Whole, the immediate availability of the Power and Wisdom resulting from this Oneness. Such communion with God brings harmony into our lives and affairs; establishes the law of health and prosperity, and makes us a light to all who cross our pathway. – Ernest Holmes Science of Mind 

Saturday Treatment - I Am Light Shining As Me 

As I meditate now upon the limitless yet immediately present absolute Light of infinite Love/Intelligence as all Life, Power, Wisdom, and Action, I sense Oneness as my Source and my Substance - all greater than I am, all my own real self from which and in which I live my life in complete accord and harmony with all life inseparably unified as the whole spectrum of all creation all at once. There is nothing other than this Light permeating and animating all. 

Within my newer and more profound sense of Unity I realize and discover wonderful delights which lift me to ever new awareness of synchronicity as I fulfill all that I am within this One. I freely and easily release any and all previously perceived limitations for I now enjoy living with every need met, every debt cancelled, every problem solved, and every seeming discord soothed and forgiven by this light I am shining as me now. This inspiration evokes my sense of youthful vitality and moves me to realize and accomplish all I need to do to always enjoy fully everyone and everything every day. 

I live the light of my life laughing with delight in my abiding sense of carefree peace, assurance, gratitude, and love. I accept the infinite good of God is my good now. And so, it is.
