You will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves, stand still and see the salvation of the LORD, who is with you, ... - 2 Chronicles 20:17 NKJV
Concentrating your thought is what some
people call "Going into the Silence." You are not going anywhere; you
are simply stopping and ceasing the objective struggle in order that you may
subjectively realize, and that which you clearly realize subjectively becomes a
part of the universal swing of consciousness and causation, which will bring
back into the experience of the one who gives it birth, the condition of that
thing which he cognized at the level of his own recognition. Principle is
infinite; our concept apparently is finite. - Ernest Holmes "Lectures on
the Absolute"
In Loving Quiet Ways
I take this moment to tune my attention to the stillness of the silence which arises within as I consider my oneness in the Unity which is the Absolute forever present within me and everywhere else at once. All sense of struggle and striving fades from my consciousness as I see the infinite possibility here and now and take my share of that possibility by thoughtfully embodying my mental equivalent of my perfect realization of life. That which I embody always becomes my reality in loving quiet ways.
The best of life as I conceive it seeks me out, flows to me, fills me to overflowing with peace, assurance, gratitude, and love and with all I require to maintain this rich and powerful sense of contentment and satisfaction with all I know and experience. I let everything and everyone be a blessing to me. I desire only good for my world and so live easily as a beneficial presence blessing all my world with all I do. In this way I thrive in all areas of my life as I enjoy every moment of every day in every way possible.
So, this is my word which prospers as I speak it for it is the law of my life which moves the Absolute as infinite Law in perfect action to produce that which I claim. I gratefully accept the fullness and joy of my chosen reality. And so, it is

“First
you ask definitely for direction, then it will enter your consciousness as a
definite thought; then in your turn you give it back the thought and it will
give you back the thing. It answers every question, solves every problem; it is
the solution to every difficulty. It is like the sunlight of eternal truth
bursting through the clouds of obscurity and bathing the whole world in glory.
It is the absolute that you are dealing with and nothing else.” - Ernest Holmes
