Saturday Treatment - I Accept Adapt Evolve

The only way God can evolve an individual, spontaneous and free, is to let it alone and allow it to awaken to itself.      – Ernest Holmes Science of Mind

Denial is like straightening out a mathematical problem. We are not fighting the wrong conclusion; we are merely explaining why it is not true. We are rearranging our thought in a way that proves to us that Life never limits us.       – Ernest Holmes This Thing Called Life

I Accept Adapt Evolve

Amidst the constantly changing scenarios of the world around me and despite all seeming limitations those changes appear to impose upon me, I focus my full attention upon the changeless One in which all events occur and recognize that this One is all Power, all Wisdom, all Life, and the only Actor. In the light of my focused recognition, I see that I am this changeless One enjoying my life as me always with complete freedom to choose how I respond to all events and circumstances so I choose to accept what is and what is not, to adapt to the continuous flow of new challenge and opportunity, and to evolve my consciousness to greater awareness of this One  which is the All in all.

As problems arise before me, I draw from all Wisdom and restate those problems in terms of their answers then I allow the only Actor to act in, through, as, and for me to ensure I enjoy the solutions with complete carefree abandon. Effectively, I cease to see a problem as an obstacle for the One shows me the problem as a gateway to a new way to thrive with greater joy and peace of mind. All things work for me to broaden and deepen my self-expression. Everyone and everything provide me with greater love and greater wealth to give and receive. And the peace I experience enhances my physical and mental health as work, play, rest, and worship in ever more enriching realization of my life.

I stake my claim to the treasure contained in this my word. I release my word with quiet confidence. My word moves in the only Actor which manifests all I claim in graceful, loving, quiet ways. I gratefully receive my highest and best now. And so, it is.

Rev. John C. Lusk RScP

First you ask definitely for direction, then it will enter your consciousness as a definite thought; then in your turn you give it back the thought and it will give you back the thing. It answers every question, solves every problem; it is the solution to every difficulty. It is like the sunlight of eternal truth bursting through the clouds of obscurity and bathing the whole world in glory. It is the absolute that you are dealing with and nothing else. – Ernest Holmes “Lectures on the Absolute”
