Saturday Treatment - Forever Young Forever Fresh and New

I turn my attention to the Presence and Power of Love/Intelligence the Creator, Maintainer, Sustainer, and Container of all that exists potentially and actually - of all reality. I see clearly that this Presence always present entirely fills me as my life, my mind now. I wake refreshed enthused and uplifted by my recognition of this my new grasp of reality in which I am forever young, fresh, and newly alive to all prosperity of beauty, wisdom, truth, love, and creativity which is this Presence enjoying the life I choose each moment with clarity, focus, ease, and grace.

Today, I activate this mindset/heartset in all I think, say, and do. I discover greater life as prosperous encounters flow to me in every moment throughout my day. People share with me the good of their lives and celebrate my good as well. I enjoy my creative expression with zest and enthusiasm in love with my world and all within it. I enjoy bodily energy and dynamic mobility with youthful strength and agility in all my activities. I relish complete freedom in all arenas of my life now.

So, I accept the best of Life's gifts to me. Peace, assurance, gratitude, and love color and texture my realization of my life now. As I release my word the Presence immediately makes it so. And so, it is.
