Whatever goes into the subjective
state of our thought tends to return again as some condition. So we and we alone,
control our destiny….. In order to fulfill our divine destiny, all that we have

When I read what Holmes said,
everything sounds simple but in practice, keeping it simple requires our
investment of focused attention upon and deliberate acceptance of ourselves and
our prosperity as complete and sufficient here and now. Sometimes in the face
of our conditions, simplicity looks impossible and those times require our
givingness to ourselves of all of the love and respect that a divine being
deserves.
The simplicity of self-investment
is evident when we realize that for optimum health we need first to think of
ourselves as perfect life, think about what that looks like and how it feels,
then take any action necessary to make it real for us. But, too often, we
decide that we need fixing or our diet, which is probably ok, needs to be
specialized. We invest in our health best by eating, exercising, resting, and
working in balanced moderation while accepting that what we do is enough also
that Spirit is the health we seek and Spirit lives as us.
Our investment in self-expression
for fulfillment, relationships, and financial freedom all require a similar
balance and moderation of intake, process, and release that embodies
self-givingness through right action. Right action is always the result of
right thought and we can do that if we choose. Begin with the first aware
thought on waking by deciding that today is a great day filled with wonder and
delightful surprise. Continue with meditation on Spirit, examination of your
desires and intentions for the day. Now treat with words and images until you
see and know that what you desire is more than possible for it is present and
evolving around you as you think of it.
We may see immediate changes or
it may look as if nothing has changed but when we hold firmly to our
conviction, when at least 51% of our thoughts align with accepting that what we
want is what is now unfolding, then we experience the shift and we enjoy the
return on our investment of self-giving and self-appreciation.
Perhaps our greatest investment
in prosperity is our recognition of the innocence and harmony of the universe
as it reveals its workings in everyday events. What we see in our mind’s eye really
is what we get in our experience so focusing on our successes or anyone’s
success and celebrating each day as if it was our birthday affirm our
prosperity and that affirmation by action returns big dividends of life.
Now I invest time and
consciousness in thinking about the divine action of Spirit as the reality and
prosperity in every area of my life. I never sell myself short but always
affirm my worth, which results in my increased prosperity all around and in my
increased freedom and joy of living forever expanding and so it is.
