Treatment - I Reflect My Peace

The external world is the reflection of our within. The sum total of our subjective thought patterns automatically projects itself into our physical bodies and environments, thus, "What [we have] as well as what [we are], is the result of the subjective state of [our] thought."
– Ernest Holmes Glossary New Thought Dictionary

I Reflect My Peace

I know God as Love and Law. The Love that God is guides me to live my fulfilling life freely. As I contemplate this perfect Love and see my world, I see mental and spiritual work for me and I begin it with my word, my knowing that the Love of God within me now projects through me as a bright beacon of peace for all to see.

Love’s light shines in my world. In its bright glow, I clearly see peace and harmony reflecting in my experience. I discover the divine in everyone and sharpen my focus until I see every inharmony as a call to prayer revealing that all seek the highest good known. I know All-Good within the one Mind unfolding for me in my relationship with my world. The Divine guides all of us at all times and I perceive that my openness to receive that guidance touches all because the nature of humanity is innate innocence and love.

Gratefully now, I attune myself to good news and glad tidings. I expect peace in my life as the natural way throughout my world; and, with my acceptance, the Law acts to make it so for so it is.

“First you ask definitely for direction, then it will enter your consciousness as a definite thought; then in your turn you give it back the thought and it will give you back the thing. It answers every question, solves every problem; it is the solution to every difficulty.” Ernest Holmes

Forgiveness, widely talked, yet not widely walked, is nothing short of nourishment for an overburdened heart. Releasing me, as well as you from a place neither of us wants to be. In a word...freedom.
Within a compassionate heart, I notice you matter in every situation. This in itself is salvation, releasing me from something that would otherwise eat me up from the inside out.
Putting myself above no one alleviates digestive distress, therefore enables me to process this very large meal I've just been served, in a way I won't later regret.
Through the mirror of self recognition, I'm unable to think what you do is worse than what I do. That my hurt, hurts more than yours. And its through this thoughtful heart, I secure a safe path for both of us through the foibles of life, keeping us equally yoked...equally blessed.
